DHE Dashboard – User Guide

Overview

The DHE Dashboard is the central landing page of the SamarthX eGov platform. It provides administrators and authorized users with a consolidated view of schools, employees, students, and access to various management modules.

The top navigation bar provides:

  • Search functionality
  • Academic Year selection
  • Language preferences
  • Notifications
  • User profile options
  • Full-screen mode

The dashboard displays key statistics for quick monitoring.

Quick Access Modules

The dashboard provides direct access to frequently used modules.

Admission Module

Purpose: Manage student admissions and application processes.

Functions:

  • Student registration
  • Admission workflow
  • Application tracking

Employee Module

Purpose: Manage teaching and non-teaching staff.

Functions:

  • Employee records
  • Staff information management
  • Employee lifecycle tracking

Staff Attendance

Purpose: Monitor employee attendance records.

Functions:

  • Attendance marking
  • Attendance reports
  • Monthly summaries

Leave Module

Purpose: Manage employee leave requests.

Functions:

  • Leave application
  • Approval workflow
  • Leave balance tracking

iCommunicate

Purpose: Communication and messaging platform.

Functions:

  • Send notifications
  • Broadcast announcements
  • Internal communication

School Module

Purpose: Manage schools and institutions.

Functions:

  • School onboarding
  • Institution management
  • School profile maintenance

Transfer Management

Purpose: Handle employee transfer requests and approvals.

Functions:

  • Transfer applications

  • Transfer history

Forms Configuration

Purpose: Configure custom forms and onboarding fields.

Login
   ↓
Access DHE Dashboard
   ↓
Review Summary Statistics
   ↓
Select Required Module
   ↓
Perform Operations
   ↓
Save Changes
   ↓
Logout

User Actions

Launch a Module

  1. Navigate to the required module card.
  2. Click the Launch button.
  3. The corresponding module page opens.
  1. Use the search box in the header.
  2. Enter keywords.
  3. Select the desired result.

View Statistics

  1. Review the summary cards.
  2. Monitor school, employee, and student data.

Security Recommendations

  • Use authorized credentials only.
  • Log out after completing your session.
  • Do not share account information.
  • Access the portal through official URLs only.
  • Review notifications regularly.

Troubleshooting

Issue Resolution
Dashboard not loading Refresh the page and verify connectivity
Module not opening Verify user permissions
Statistics not updating Refresh dashboard data
Search not returning results Check search keywords
Session expired Log in again
