Final Submission Confirmation – Step 7: Declaration & Agreement

This screen is the final confirmation stage before submitting the admission application. It ensures the applicant reviews all submitted data and confirms final consent before locking the application.

Declaration Confirmation

The applicant must acknowledge the final declaration:

Submission confirms that all provided information is true and complete, and the application will be processed based on the submitted data.

Submission Warning

Before final submission, the system displays a warning:

  • Once submitted, no further changes are allowed
  • Application becomes read-only
  • Only limited updates may be allowed for school selection (if permitted by policy)

    • Finalizes application
    • Locks all data
    • Sends application for processing/review
Secondary Action
  • Cancel
    • Returns user to review screen
    • No changes are submitted

Post-Submission Outcome

After successful submission:

  • Application status → Submitted
  • Application becomes read-only
  • Application enters review workflow
  • Confirmation acknowledgment is generated
