Overview

The Email module allows employees to manage internal communications, including composing, receiving, and organizing messages.


Mail Folders

  • Compose – Create a new message.
  • Inbox – View received messages.
  • Sent – View sent messages.
  • Drafts – Access saved drafts.
  • Junk – View spam or unwanted messages.
  • All Mails – View all email conversations.

Search Emails

Search messages using:

  • Subject
  • Message Content
  • Sender Name
  • Sender Designation

Empty Inbox

When no emails are available, the system displays:

No Messages
Your inbox folder is empty.
