Status Definitions

Unverified

Document has been uploaded but is pending review by the authorized verifier.

Verified

Document has been reviewed and approved successfully.

Rejected

Document has been reviewed and found invalid, incomplete, unclear, or incorrect. Applicant must re-upload the document.

Verification Workflow

  1. Applicant uploads required documents during admission.
  2. Documents appear with Unverified status.
  3. Reviewer checks each uploaded document.
  4. Reviewer performs one action:
    • Verify → Status becomes Verified
    • Reject → Status becomes Rejected (with reason)
  5. If rejected, applicant must re-upload corrected document.
  6. Re-uploaded documents return to Unverified status for re-verification.
  7. Admission progresses only after all mandatory documents are Verified.
