Overview

This section allows administrators to view and verify employee documents maintained in the employee profile.

Available Documents

Uploaded documents may include:

  • Identity Proof
  • Educational Certificates
  • Professional Qualification Certificates
  • Appointment Orders
  • Service Records
  • Other Supporting Documents

Document Status

If no documents have been uploaded for the employee, the system displays:

No documents available for this employee.

Note: Documents can be uploaded or updated through the employee profile, subject to applicable permissions and approval workflows.
