The Employee Profile Update Requests section allows School Administrators to review and manage employee profile change requests.

Overview

This page displays all employee profile update requests submitted for approval.

Search Requests

Use the search bar to find requests by:

  • Employee Name
  • Employee ID
  • Section

Request Status Filters

Filter requests using the following categories:

  • Pending – Requests awaiting review.
  • Approved – Requests that have been approved.
  • Rejected – Requests that have been rejected.
  • All – Displays all requests.

Request Details

The following information is displayed for each request:

Field Description
Employee Employee who submitted the request
Changes Summary of requested changes
Preview View proposed updates
Submitted Request submission date
Status Current request status
Actions Approve, Reject, or Review request

Note: If no requests have been submitted, the message "No requests found" will be displayed.
