Declaration Form

After onboarding students, the institution must submit a declaration confirming data accuracy.

Declaration includes:

Verification of all student records on SamarthX portal
Confirmation that data is correct, complete, and up to date
Responsibility for any future discrepancies

Status:
✔ Declaration Submitted
All student records have been successfully verified and submitted.
