The Leave Calendar provides a monthly view of holidays, weekends, and employee leave schedules.
Overview
Administrators can use the calendar to track:
- Weekend Holidays
- School Announced Holidays
- State Holidays
- Employee Leave Records
Calendar Navigation
- View leave information month-wise.
- Navigate between months using the calendar controls.
- Download the calendar in PDF format for reporting and record-keeping.
Calendar Legend
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Weekend Holiday | Saturday and/or Sunday holidays configured in the system |
| School Announced Holiday | Holidays declared by the school |
| State Holiday | Holidays declared by the state authority |
| Employee Leave | Dates on which one or more employees are on approved leave |
Holiday Display
The calendar highlights:
- Weekly holidays
- Configured school holidays
- State holidays
- Employee leave entries
Note: The calendar reflects holidays and leave records configured in the Leave Management module and is updated automatically as changes are made.
