Page 5: Leave Calendar

The Leave Calendar provides a monthly view of holidays, weekends, and employee leave schedules.

Overview

Administrators can use the calendar to track:

  • Weekend Holidays
  • School Announced Holidays
  • State Holidays
  • Employee Leave Records

Calendar Navigation

  • View leave information month-wise.
  • Navigate between months using the calendar controls.
  • Download the calendar in PDF format for reporting and record-keeping.

Calendar Legend

Type Description
Weekend Holiday Saturday and/or Sunday holidays configured in the system
School Announced Holiday Holidays declared by the school
State Holiday Holidays declared by the state authority
Employee Leave Dates on which one or more employees are on approved leave

Holiday Display

The calendar highlights:

  • Weekly holidays
  • Configured school holidays
  • State holidays
  • Employee leave entries

Note: The calendar reflects holidays and leave records configured in the Leave Management module and is updated automatically as changes are made.
