Access Control & Permission Insights

Purpose — Give administrators visibility into who holds permissions in their school and what permissions any given employee has.

Who Can Use It

schoolADMIN, dhe, and dheEmployees with Employee Read permission.

Key Capabilities

• List employees who have permissions assigned in a given school, enriched with the employee's name, type, designation, email, and phone.
• Fetch the detailed permission set of a specific employee.

How It Works

1. Open the Permissions screen for a school.

2. Browse the list of employees with permissions.

3. Select an employee to see their full permission details.

Rules & Restrictions

• The school user ID is required for listing; the employee user ID is required for the detailed view.
• Requires Employee Read permission for non-admin users.
