Designation Attendance Panel

Purpose - Shows today's presence broken down by designation and, on drill-down, by sub designation. 

Who Can Use It

DHE, DHE Employee, and Platform Admin. 

Key Capabilities 

• Top-level list grouped by designation with total, active, inactive, present, on-leave, on duty, expected, and absent counts, plus a present percentage and a performance band.
• Drill-down grouped by sub-designation (specified designation) under a parent designation.
• Totals row so a footer never disagrees with the rows above it. 
• Live computation (no precomputation, no worker), so the figures are current to the second. 

How to Use It 

• Open the Designation Attendance panel from the DHE dashboard. 
• Review the top designations and their bands. 
• Click a designation to drill into its sub-designation distribution.  

Rules & Restrictions

• The percentage is computed against Expected, not Total, so a designation with sanctioned leave is not penalised for it. 
• Non-working days and holidays are labelled so a 0% caused by "nobody was due in" is not read as a collapse.
