Multi-School Application from a Single Profile

Purpose - Lets an applicant apply to more than one school using the same profile information, without having to re-enter their details for each school. 

Who Can Use It

Signed-in applicants. 

Key Capabilities 

• Add or remove schools from the profile's school selection. 
• Set the grade being applied for at each school. 
• Track the review status, decision status, and admission status for each school individually.
• Each school application receives its own unique application number that can be shared with the school. 

How to Use It 

• During the school selection step, choose one or more schools from the list. Set the grade and academic cycle for each school. 
• Save the selection. The system creates a separate application record for each chosen school. 
• Continue completing the profile and submit when ready.
• The submission covers all selected schools at once. 

Rules & Restrictions 

• A school that already has an active application (not withdrawn and not admitted) cannot simply be removed from the selection — that application must first be withdrawn (see feature 5). 
• Once you have been admitted to one school, the profile is marked admitted and the remaining school applications cannot be independently altered from the profile side.
