- School / School Admin ( schoolADMIN ) is treated as a School role when filtering inbox and folder contents.
- Employees are further classified based on where they work:
- School Employee — an employee of a school.
- DHE Employee — an employee working under DHE.
- Department Employee — an employee working under a department.
- This classification affects which broadcasts they receive when a broadcast targets a specific subset of employees.
- AUTHORITY is used for system-generated messages, such as those originating from the Admission portal.
