The Deputation History section provides a record of employee deputations to other schools or organizations.

Overview

This section helps administrators track deputation assignments, including the organization, designation, subject, and deputation date.

Deputation Information

The following details are displayed for each deputation record:

Field Description
Employee Name Name of the employee
Action Deputation action performed
School/Organization School or organization where the employee is deputed
Designation Designation held during deputation
Subject Subject assigned during deputation
Date Date of deputation

Navigation

  • Use pagination controls to browse deputation records.
  • Select the number of records displayed using the Show Entries option.

Note: The deputation history provides a complete record of temporary assignments made to the employee across schools or organizations.
