Attendance History, Calendar and Reports
Purpose - Lets employees and administrators review past attendance in detail and export it for reporting.
Who Can Use It
- Employees: view their own history, monthly summary, and calendar; export their own calendar.
- School Admin: view the school's history (with an absent-employees variant for the web portal), a date-wise employee status view, per-employee monthly and range statistics, and export attendance and employee calendars.
- DHE / Platform Admin: view a global history across all schools, per-school and per employee monthly and range statistics, and export employee calendars for any employee.
Key Capabilities
- Paginated history with filters (school, employee, date range, status, valid-location, offline sync, regularization).
- Monthly calendar view with per-day check-in and check-out times, working hours, break minutes, late and early minutes with remarks, regularization flags, on-duty and on-leave badges, holiday context, national-holiday markers, and per-segment breakdowns for multi-duty days.
- Monthly summary with present days, leave days, absent days, working hours, and attendance percentage.
- Per-employee monthly and range statistics with category labels ("excellent", "good", "average", "poor").
- V2 variants that include inactive employees.
- Batch endpoints for other services to fetch today's status or monthly statistics for a list of employees at once.
- Excel exports for mobile and web (all, filtered, and single-employee calendar).
How to Use It
- Open the Attendance History screen; apply filters as needed.
- Switch to the Calendar view to see per-day details for the selected employee or month.
- Use Export to download an Excel file for the chosen scope.
Rules & Restrictions
- Regularized punches and admin-marked days are visibly badged in history and calendar views.
- Monthly statistics use the working-day definition (Monday through Saturday by default, minus holidays), capped at today for the current month.
- The DHE global history endpoint is restricted to DHE-only roles.
