Organisation Admin Mapping

Purpose — Explicitly mark specific employees as administrators for a school or organisation so the platform's permission and admin-check logic recognises them.

Who Can Use It 

All authenticated users on Employee routes.

Key Capabilities

• Create a mapping between an organisation and an employee.
• View a single mapping or list all mappings with pagination.
• Toggle a mapping's active status without deleting it.
• Delete a mapping.
  

How it Works

1. Open the Organisation Admin Mappings screen.

2. Add a new mapping by selecting the organisation and the employee.

3. Toggle the active flag or remove the mapping as needed.

Rules & Restrictions

• Both the organisation user ID and employee user ID are required to create a mapping.
• Removing a mapping removes the admin recognition; the employee retains their base role.
