Public Admission Guidelines and School Instructions

Purpose - Gives every applicant (even before signing in) easy access to the admission guidelines published by the DHE and the school-specific instructions published by each school. 

Who Can Use It

Anyone visiting the admission landing page; signed-in applicants can also view school instructions from inside the portal. 

Key Capabilities 

• View the current list of DHE admission guideline documents and download any of them.
• View a school's admission instructions text and download an attached instructions document for a chosen admission cycle. 
• Check whether admissions are currently open or frozen without needing to sign in. 
• View the list of admission windows (with dates and eligibility criteria) that are publicly available. 

How to Use It 

• Open the admission landing page. 
• Browse the guidelines section for DHE-issued documents and download any file that applies. 
• From within the applicant portal (after signing in), open the school's page to see its instructions and download any attachment provided. 

Rules & Restrictions 

• Guideline documents are read-only from the applicant side; only the DHE can add or remove them. 
• School instructions are set per school and per admission cycle by the school administrators.
