Credit Limit Configuration

Purpose - Lets the DHE set and track the monthly regularization credit ceiling that applies to every school system-wide. 

Who Can Use It

DHE, DHE Employee, and Platform Admin. 

Key Capabilities 

• Set the monthly credit limit (any positive integer). 
• Get the current active limit and the next scheduled limit (if set for a future month).
• Retrieve an audit history of every change with who changed it and when. 

How to Use It 

• DHE opens Credit Limit Configuration and reviews the current active limit.
• DHE sets a new value. It becomes effective from the applicable month. 
• Any change is written to the audit history. 

Rules & Restrictions 

• The default limit is five when no configuration has been set. 
• Changes are appended to an audit history, not overwritten in place.
