Search, Filter & Export

Purpose  - Let DHE find schools and users, and export data for offline review. 

Who Can Use It 

DHE Admin. 

Key Capabilities 

• Search School Admins with pagination and filters: search term, district, block, UDISE, school name, status, onboarding status. 
• Export All Users to CSV or XLSX. 
• Export Filtered Users using the same filters as search, streamed as CSV or XLSX with prioritized columns. 

Rules & Restrictions 

• Default page size is 25 for search; export uses pages of up to 5000 (default 1000).
• Export files include a fixed set of priority columns first (user_id, UDISE, school, first and last name, email and phone with verified flags, district, block, registration step) followed by the remaining columns sorted alphabetically.
