Application Submission, PDF Download, and Withdrawal
Purpose - Lets applicants finalize their application, obtain an official copy, and withdraw from a school (or all schools) when required.
Who Can Use It
Signed-in applicants.
Key Capabilities
- Submit the completed application along with the signed declaration.
- After submission, a unique profile code is generated and each school application receives a unique application number.
- Download the completed application as a PDF, including the applicant's photograph, uploaded consent form, guardian signature, the selected school's logo, and a preview of all attached documents.
- Withdraw a specific school application, or withdraw all remaining school applications in one action.
How to Use It
- Submission:
- Complete every step and the declaration.
- Agree to the terms and upload the signed consent form and guardian signature.
- Submit. The system records the submission time, generates the application number(s), and sends a confirmation.
- PDF Download:
- From the dashboard or the school application view, choose Print/Download.
- The system generates a PDF version of the application form.
- When downloading from a specific school context, only that school's details are shown.
- Withdrawal:
- Open the school application you wish to withdraw.
- Choose Withdraw. Optionally, choose to withdraw all schools at once.
- Withdrawal is confirmed and the school is notified through the change of status.
Rules & Restrictions
- Withdrawal is only possible after the declaration has been submitted; it is not available for a draft application.
- A school application that has already been admitted cannot be withdrawn. A school application that has been rejected cannot be withdrawn.
- When withdrawing "all" schools, admitted or rejected school applications are automatically skipped and remain unchanged.
